After a bad experience with another pestcontrol we decided to invest more money in superproof in order to finally get rid of the mice in our kitchen. They had a special offer at this time why the price was ok in our opinion. The technician stayed for almost 5 hours in our one-bedroom apartment. He inspected the whole flat and especially our kitchen very thoroughly and removed all the kitchen devices in order to look behind the cupboards as well. All holes were closed with silicone which should be more efficient than the self-expanding foam we had before. We have had 3 mouse-free weeks since then and are pretty happy with the result so far. The only minus is that we firstly had to wait three days for our actual appointment which then had to be cancelled by the company spontaneously. The alternative appointment was scheduled another four days later, so one week in total, which felt pretty long with the mice infestation in the flat. So one star less for the waiting time, otherwise really good service and friendly staff!
