Paid £500 for mice... Had to call them in every month as the mice will show up again couple of days after their visit... Our one year guarantee has now finished and the mice are officially a member of our family 🤷🏻♀️

Helped us out of what could have been purgatory...living in an area full of restaurants which had been closed for some time our little rodent friends were relocating and had chewed through a Roof! Superproof were amazing and thorough, they came on 17 December, since when the unwanted guests have not reappeared. No hesitation in recommending them. Very helpful lady Lesley at the end of the phone and also Simon -notwithstanding their professionalism they were calming to my near hysterical phone calls and bearing in mind the Covid circumstances were kind and understanding. Worth every penny...and the service has a 6 month guarantee.

Excellent company offering a guaranteed service and method. I’ve used them on three separate properties I’ve lived in over the years and they have also got rid of all mice. Very thorough, forget traps, these guys seal up the holes left by sloppy builders which is the only solution to being mouse free

I couldn’t be happier with superproof so far. They came out quickly, were incredibly thorough, really friendly and I haven’t seen a mouse since. I just wish we’d had them out years ago rather than waste time trying to deal with the mice after they’d got in. I’d highly recommend them.
Quick update: 5 months later and still no mice!

We had our 2 bedroom flat superproof in 2017. The guy was so thorough, he was there for hours. 3 years on and not a mouse in site while every other flat in the block has infestations! It's quite a bit of money to pay but dam it was worth it! I'll probably speak to soon now...but 3 years is still great!

Terrible communication and waste of time. Called as soon as we saw a mouse on 17/12/19 and was told nothing available till 30/12/19. Booked for the 31/12/19 as I am busy with patients, no one turned up to my property. No one had called me to cancel or apologise, I called and was told the technician was sick. Nothing available till 7/1/20. Of course they take half the fee as a deposit in advance. Due to work schedules, I said we would have to book the 9/1/20 to give me time to rearrange my appointments. On 7/1/20, I get a call at 8:05am fro the technician who was scheduled in for the wrong day! Told him I booked it for Thursday 9/1/20, he called the office to let them know and said they will schedule for Thursday as originally planned and someone would call me back to confirm. Of course I did not get a call back and today no one turned up. When I called again, I was told the technician scheduled has fallen down the stairs and broken his pelvis! Seriously?! No one thought to let customers know when something like this happens rather than keeping people waiting and not having a backup option for customers?! I have now asked for a full refund of the deposit plus compensation for this ridiculous inconvenience. I have had to wait 3 weeks just for nothing! Plus having a heavy, busy work schedule, it is completely unacceptable from a company that supposedly prides itself on exceptional service. I would not recommend them at all, I would have been happy to pay double for a service (as they do charge about double other services) had their service been exceptional and fast. I have now called another company who says they have technicians that can come out the same day. Let's hope that this will get sorted today with the other company. SO frustrated!!!
I have lived in my 1 bed period property for almost 14 years and I've never had such rampant mice activity until the last few months; triggered by renovations by my new neighbours etc. I was apprehensive at first re: Superproof's fee (£275 to secure appointment and remaining £275 including VAT was paid after completion of the first service), but I like that they are solution-focused and that they don't just put down a few traps and poison (temporary solutions and which I also tried myself - the mice came back...) and head off like other companies. I was keen to get the mice activity under control, I didn't want my 6 year old son exposed to yucky droppings and urine every day. :-(
Superproof's examination of my property discovered many large holes, especially in my kitchen and which sadly exposed the workmanship of some (not all) builders/construction professionals. They worked in every room in detail and I was shocked at what they exposed, but which they addressed. I asked alot of questions and I received clear answers.
All I can say is that where Superproof exceed other companies is the value of their 1 year guarantee after you receive their first service. I have called them to request revisits to check and eliminate even what appears to be the smallest mouse activity. So in the long term, their service is much more cost-effective if you discover any new activity or if you want something checked.
They are honest and admit if something may have been missed or a new hole has been discovered which a desperate mouse has done - which is what happened in my kitchen! (I saw photos of the stratch marks in the mess the mouse had made). They revisited today to check and seal my boiler's pipes, so hopefully no more mice for me. ☺
I recommend the Superproof Team! For a relatively small team of professionals, I have found them to be responsive, friendly and their customer service has been excellent. I'm unsure if I can name you all by name, so instead I want to say thank you very much to the whole team for your excellent, 5 star service.
