Supposedly "proofed" our whole property some time ago for an extortionate fee. Mice returned shortly after their 12 month guarantee (how convenient for them!). Called them and they want to charge another extortionate fee to fix their bad workmanship. Holes around pipes were left open and outside air-bricks unsealed. Another company came out - many reputable ones on Check a Trade whose fees are much more sane and reasonable. Pointed out all the flaws and gaping holes left by Superproof - only later witnessed with my own eyes. Customer services is poor, dull and always seems disinterested. My advice? Get properly proofed elsewhere for a fraction of the cost (using cement not Superproof's bubble gum type material!) Live happier.
