Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company. The £240 “survey” did not include the investigation that had been promised on the phone. The quote following the so called survey was much higher than advised on the day and was not broken down, despite requests. This meant it was unclear how the charge had been calculated and exactly what would be included. Very disappointing as their approach to pest control through proofing, is such a great idea.
