Absolute garbage waste of money, I have now had 5 visits from them and am still seeing mice! When their website states “one visit and mice are gone”. At this point (still being within the year warranty) I just want my money back because they clearly have not done their job. I even enquired with other pest control companies and one actually laughed over the phone to me at the ridiculous price I paid with superproof when they would’ve done it for almost half the price and have a much higher success rate. Also the customer service has been pretty poor, after they get your money I guess you’re not a priority anymore.. wish I could give 0 stars.
