Pensioners Sandor and Rosemary Kora spent a quarter of a century looking for a way to get rid of mice that kept appearing in their kitchen.
It was a search that only ended when the couple appointed SUPERPROOFTM to mouse proof their house.
The couple, who live in East London, had being seeing mice in their kitchen year after year. But all the pest control experts they tried could not get rid of the rodents.
Finally, they called us, and we sent around one of our specially-trained mouse proofing technicians. After a day spent proofing their three-bed terraced home, the job was done.
The mice were gone. After 25 years, Sandor and Rosemary do not see mice in the kitchen any more.
Sandor said: “We are very pleased with the service. SUPERPROOFTM was much more thorough than any of the other pest control people who had been before.
“The technician worked hard all day, and explained what he had done afterwards. We haven’t seen a mouse since.”
Sandor said that, over the years, they had tried to put down traps to get rid of the mice, but to no avail.
They had also called in a national pest control company, the council environmental health team three times, and an independent mouse control company. In all, they had about 15 separate visits from pest controllers.
Each time, soon after the mouse control work had been done, the mice had returned. A range of measures, including putting down poison, installing wire mesh under floor boards, and filling holes hadn’t worked.
Confident of service
The last pest control company they had turned to had promised to guarantee the mouse control work. But when the mice returned, the Koras called the company four times, and it didn’t respond.
Sandon said he was much more confident of SUPERPROOFTM’s service, adding: “The technician filled in holes right throughout the house, not just the kitchen, like the others had.
“I hope the mice have gone. But if they return, I am fully confident that SUPERPROOFTM will honour its guarantee and come back to do more mouse proofing work.
“I am happy to recommend their service to anyone. We were very impressed.”
