Consumer Contracts (Information, cancellations and additional charges) regulations 2013
When you book a date with us to have your property pest proofed, we will send you information explaining your rights as a consumer to cancel the service.
This is referred to as cancelling your contract with us.
Under the regulations shown at the top of this page, you have a right to cancel your contract at any time during a period of 14 calendar days from the date we send you this information.
During this period, if you choose to cancel the contract, any money paid by you will be refunded.
However, if you have already given written approval for the work to begin, before the end of the cancellation period, you may be required to pay for goods or services already provided.
If you wish to cancel the contract you must do so in writing by completing this form and pressing the SEND button.
Your notice of cancellation is deemed to be served to us as soon as it is sent.
