Many thanks to SUPERPROOFTM for a fantastic effort to rid us of our mice infestation.We had already been down the more traditional route and after three visits from the first company, we were feeling none too confident that the issue was resolved. What’s more, very little attempts at blocking had been made and the foam used by the original company was highly visible and messy looking. I came across the Superproof website quite by chance, when googling Mice Mesh to cover our air bricks. Our technician, Darius, arrived on time and spent the entire day in our home, doing an extremely thorough job. He then returned on another visit as there had been too much to complete on the day. We’d had mouse problems for three or four years and tried all the traps and poisons to get rid of them, but nothing worked. I had already spent over £700 on solutions that didn’t work, which was more than what SUPERPROOFTM were charging.
After we’d had our house Superproofed, the mice went. Then after a number of weeks, we heard the sound of a mouse in one of the walls again. I don’t think I’ve lived anywhere in London that hasn’t at some point had mice. I am mice phobic and this has caused me a great deal of stress over the years. We had mice infestation in our property when we rented it out for 6 months. It was a nigh™are when we moved back with a 5 year old and a 1 year old. I was terrified to leave the baby down as she was picking up food from floor and eating where the mice had wandered. Wasted money initially on a pest control firm. The man from there left poison but told us we need to close the access points. The most obvious access points were behind the kitchen appliances and cupboards, for which he said the only way to do it is by getting a handyman to come over and literally remove the whole kitchen and refit it. Even then they would guarantee the work only for 2 weeks.

We contacted Superproof after a recurrent mouse infestation in our flat. Initially we tried several devices such as baited traps and ultrasonic emitters. These devices were expensive and embarrassingly ineffective (one time we saw the mice run past the bait and through the ‘ultrasonic zone’). Having contacted numerous pest controllers we chose to use Superproof as we believed that thoroughly proofing the flat was a much more reliable strategy than laying baits or traps.
