After previous guaranteed proofing with an alternative company had zero effect, I called Superproof. They came within a couple of days and were extremely thorough, using cameras to check behind all the kitchen cabinets for holes and pulling out all the appliances that the previous company couldn't be bothered with. The entry points where the mice were entering were found and I haven't had a problem since. Importantly, they cleaned up the multitude of hidden droppings as they went along rather than leaving them in places I could not reach. Forget traditional pest control which is expensive and ineffective. Just sort the problem quickly, especially if you are terrified of mice as I am.

I just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I am with the quality/standard of Reece’s work which he carried out. His work ethic was second to none and he didn’t stop. He was friendly, professional, made me feel at ease and was very thorough. He also did a great job of checking places where the previous technician didn’t check and found other potential areas to be proofed. He also cleaned up after his work. I could not ask for a better job and excellent service!

Superproof came to my flat 2 years ago. The operative arrived at8.30am and worked non stop till 4pm covering all holes in my 1 bedroom flat. He was amazing and very hard working! My neighbour above me had a really bad mice infestation and i was seeing mice everyday- dead and alive . I have not seen a mouse in my flat since the operative for Superproof left. Thank you Superproof. Great Job!!!!

Having previously had a bad experience with mice and trying everything to resolve it from, traps, poisons, wire wools i was at their end of my tether. Also knowing that my wife and my daughters were terrified I knew i had to get something done really quickly.

I found Superproof online and was initially sceptical however at this point I was willing to try any alternative. It’s been 2 yrs and so far so good we have not seen any mice or droppings.

So I am happy to say the service really does work.

After a bad experience with another pestcontrol we decided to invest more money in superproof in order to finally get rid of the mice in our kitchen.

They had a special offer at this time why the price was ok in our opinion.

The technician stayed for almost 5 hours in our one-bedroom apartment. He inspected the whole flat and especially our kitchen very thoroughly and removed all the kitchen devices in order to look behind the cupboards as well. All holes were closed with silicone which should be more efficient than the self-expanding foam we had before.

We have had 3 mouse-free weeks since then and are pretty happy with the result so far.

The only minus is that we firstly had to wait three days for our actual appointment which then had to be cancelled by the company spontaneously. The alternative appointment was scheduled another four days later, so one week in total, which felt pretty long with the mice infestation in the flat.

So one star less for the waiting time, otherwise really good service and friendly staff!

So happy about this service! I had a pest control person and a handyman come over to sort this issue but 1. the poison did nothing and 2. the handyman said there are no holes and the mouse lives in my flat... I was terrified. The guy who came over was very polite, found the holes immediately, worked quickly, explained everything in detail and have not seen a mouse since, so clearly did a good job. I was surprised at the beginning with the cost but to be honest, my peace of mind is worth this much. I ve been sleeping properly since.
