I've used Superproof a couple of times now and I've always been impressed with the quaity of their work and the effectiveness of what they offer. In our London apartment we saw mice nightly...something multiple times. After the first visit by Superproof, the sightings stopped immediately. I did see droppings the following week, but S'proof were straight out to double check their work and make final tweaks...we didn't see mice again. We recently moved to the country and had Simon out a few days ago. he spent about 9 hours at our property and was very thorough, knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend.

Very impressed by my dealings with Superproof. Got honest and valuable information after my first phone call and after wincing at the cost, had an excellent superproofer called Simon who was meticulous, knowledgeable and extremely patient about every single one of my questions. He also did the most incredibly thorough job taking a lot of time to go over every inch of the kitchen. We have a dog flap and have been warned that it can lead to mice coming in (now obvious but i never thought about it) but I am comfortable in the knowledge that the most that can be done to deal with the mouse problem has been done and I do think this has been money well spent.

I have tired the usual pest control approaches and found they only achieved temporary control at best, then I found superproof. A Much different strategy that made sense to me so decided to give them a go. Haven’t looked back since. This was for a business premises too. Would recommend to anyone.

After trying so many companies I found SUPERproof, and I only wish I saved my money and found them first, the man was here all day and he checked everywhere and sealed everything, and i haven't seen a mouse since, Great Job - Superproofers

Good service, they arrived on time (slightly early even) very conscientious and thorough. Checked in with me regularly so we were both agreed on the plan of action and accommodated my request to not cut into the kitchen units even though it made the job more difficult. They've only just been today so we'll wait to see on whether the work is Superproof but a positive experience so far.
