Bob and Fiona praise “great value”

Retired television broadcast professionals Bob and Fiona suffered mice infestations over a period of two years. But that is all in the past because they called in SUPERPROOF^TM to protect their home against further mouse problems.

Bob, a retired freelance television director and stage manager, and his wife, Fiona, a former network assistant for the BBC, live in a ground floor apartment, with their Afghan hound, in West London.

Pet safety first – no baiting or traps

They first experienced mouse infestation problems about two years ago. The local council’s pest control service recommended putting down some bait, covering external air bricks and blocking any holes they could see.

They did the work, and all was well for some months. But then the mice started appearing in their home once again.

Bob says: “A lot of building work was being done at the property next door, and I think this might have disturbed some mice who decided they would come to live with us instead.

“I was not keen on baiting or trapping. Our upstairs neighbours had similar mice problems and used glue traps to try to catch them. But that seemed cruel to us, and I was worried about our dog interfering with the traps.
