I don’t think I’ve lived anywhere in London that hasn’t at some point had mice. I am mice phobic and this has caused me a great deal of stress over the years. I shudder to think how much money I have spent on baiting cumulatively. In my last place we saw a mouse (or mice, is there ever only one?!) and called a pest control company who did the baiting thing for 2 weeks and then did a couple of hours of proofing.

I was incredibly impressed with just how comprehensive the service was compared to ‘others’ and also how specialised - bits of kit you couldn’t possibly imagine! Every square inch of every room is checked any potential holes are located and thoroughly sealed. They make what sounds like an impossible task look easy. Special thanks to Steve who did the work. Gulliver did a very thorough job indeed locating holes and possible entry points that we didn’t know existed! He starting at 8am and finished after 3pm. He had excellent knowledge and was good at explaining to us what he was doing throughout the day. I think it is a very effective service and would definitely recommend it over the type of services which put bait and traps down. I have used those services in the past and the mice have always returned. It is now 4 months since the job was carried out and we haven’t seen a single mouse.

The technician came on time and worked thoroughly and diligently, explaining everything he did and the theory behind it. He thoroughly understands the proofing process, down to how mice think and detect their surroundings. The work was completed to a very high standard and every detail was checked. He had all the right tools and materials and did not take any shortcuts or cost cutting measures. All in all, I am very pleased with the service, and hope to never see him again (in a good way!).

We had mice infestation in our property when we rented it out for a year. It was a nightmare when we moved back with a 5 year old and a 1 year old. I still cannot believe that the problem is solved.
